“It's a McDonald's, but it's the employees that make it a great McDonald's! Keep up the amazing work! It makes a difference, especially the food, you can tell they care about the product and not just serving trash food. Which happens to quite a few fast food places. Keeping everyone happy is key! As far as I have been coming here, I have always had a good experience with great food and amazing people!“

“I went through the drive-thru earlier and Lydia was the one helping me—she was honestly great. Super friendly right from the start and just had a really good attitude, which you don’t always get these days.
Even though it seemed busy, she didn’t rush me and made sure my order was right. She actually took a second to double check everything and was just really easy to talk to. It made the whole experience way better than a typical drive-thru run.
You can tell she actually cares about doing a good job and treating people well. Definitely stood out.“

“I’m giving this store 5 stars because I want to give the other location at Hall & Hayes another 1 star review. The level of incompetence at the other Starbucks location compared to this one is night and day. The staff are friendly, prompt, & respectful here. Service was extremely fast. Hall & Hayes will have you waiting for 30 mins just to give you the meanest attitude for a $7 coffee. Do yourself a favor, visit this Starbucks location over Hall & Hayes. The experience here is 100x better than that unprofessional location. I will be coming to this Starbucks from now on.“

“Ava helped me out and she went above and beyond she was so kind she asked me if my drink was okay and if she needed to remake it. She made the drinks perfectly and i always ask for extra caramel and they are always stingy with the amount they give and she gave me so much caramel i am very happy with my experience there especially how i got treated now“
“I love, love, LOVE my Starbucks!! I come to this location every morning before work because the staff here is AMAZING!!! There is actually another Starbucks that I could go to on my way, that is closer, but I refuse! I LOVE my Miss Joan and Horus!! Seriously outstanding and genuine people. “I come to this location very often because it’s on the way to my job. Sometimes there is a wait but I always get my order prepared correctly and they are also so nice! Today, a young lady named Fallon was working the drive thru and she was so nice and informative because I truly didn’t know what a latte was. But we both laughed about it. I will continue going to this location!“
