“Ok I feel the urge to combat all these negative reviews here. I just don't get it. I have been to this Tim Hortons probably about 300 times. And I've been to about 30-35 different Tim Hortons all over the state and in Canada.First off, no employees have ever been rude nor anything but pleasant, ever.Secondly, I've never seen a drive-thru line (at ANY type of fast-food establishment) move more quickly and efficiently as this one. Like every. Single. Time. I usually go here during the busiest time of day (weekdays around 7:30) and it continually blows my mind how fast the line moves. I mean cars can be wrapped all around the building and back to Main St, and I never hesitate to go even then, because know it's gonna move quickly.And maybe most importantly, when i order my typical breakfast sandwich, it's ALWAYS damn near perfect. It's at the ideal temperature and the cheese is always melted a lil bit, just the way it should be. When I order the same thing at most other Tim's, I'm usually disappointed. Sometimes it's lukewarm and the cheese isn't melted at all, etc. So my point is, do not hesitate to go here with confidence. Reading all these previous reviews, I feel that many Yelpers are either just ignorant, complete and total pansies, or perhaps were just having a bad day so they felt the need to bash this place. No bashing here though, this is THE BEST Tim's I've ever been to all things considered and I'm glad it's my local one. Nice job Tim Hortons of Richmond!! I would give you 10 stars if I could.“
“Very nice 'small town feel' cafe. My daughter and I, and four grandkids under the age of 6, had lunch here. The staff were very kind to the children. There was plenty of room for the kids to move around and visit with each other. Their smoothies are delicious! I had a breakfast sandwich and was very impressed to find out they offered gluten-free bread. It's definitely a winner here.“
“I haven't been in this restaurant since they first reopened. I was so pleasantly surprised by the food. We tried the soup flight which was what we originally had gone in to try. It was good. I highly recommend the lemon rice soup. The salads were fresh and so reasonably priced. The house greek dressing is fabulous. For dessert we had the dirty latte flight which was so cute, clever and really delicious. I will definitely be stopping in more often.“

“The best breakfast and wait staff!! I love that I can come right after work (7am) before the crowd shows up. I never met the cook but they sure know what they are doing. And the ladies that show up every morning to take care of us are amazing! P.s. they know how to make a birthday girl smile“

“Out of all the McDonald's I've ever been to this one is by far the best. The food, staff and restaurant are great. Our food is always fresh and made correctly and the staff is always very friendly. We particularly love Jodi! It's impressive watching her work, she is on top of everything and smiling the whole time, even if it's crazy busy!
