“My mother in law and I go for coffee every Thursday and Alex, the owner, is always very friendly, warm smile...we sit for an hour enjoying the coffee. While there so many folks come in and he knows there names, welcomes them just as he did us it is a great little treasure for us.“
“The staff is amazing …. Every one of them ! Always smiles on their faces! I was there at 1125 today and received a delicious cinnamon cake for free with my Coffee! That’s not why I wrote this … but it did make me happy! The staff there is doing a great job … and this is the Least I could do to recognize them! Have a great day! Stop by and see them, even if you don’t like coffee, they will put a smile on your face!“
“I had lost my wallet last night in the morning manager took the time to rewind the tapes from last night to make sure when I left Biggby that my wallet was with me really appreciate going the extra mile she could’ve just as easily said nope it’s not in my drawer but instead, she took the time to rewind the tape. That was really cool. I’m not sure of her name but I did find my wallet and I want a big shot out to Biggby for their help. Appreciate you.“

“I’d like to leave a compliment for an employee who was working the drive-through window on Monday the 15th. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but her service was excellent. She had a genuine smile throughout the entire interaction, which really made my day better. I even told her to keep that great smile going.
If the manager or team is reading this, please pass along that I left a review specifically for her. Employees like her truly make a difference and represent Tim Hortons so well.“

“I love this location because the people are always nice and never forget to put my cold foam on top and they make my farmers wrap the way I like it every time! The 26mile location is notorious for having you pay for cold foam or extra anything with out giving it to you. So the st clair location is the best by a long shot.“

“I can't comment about the atmosphere as we usually use the drive-thru window. But I can say the parking lot area and landscaping or clean and tidy. I think Tim Hortons probably has some of the best coffee I've ever had. I can say that the service staff is extremely polite and friendly. I've never had a bad experience at Tim Hortons and when traveling always seek out their locations when applicable.“
“This review is for the one inside of Meijer. Guess there's one also outside of Meijer. Odd. Anyway, I go in the mornings - I'm a truck driver with a run to Marysville. The women that work there in the morning are always so friendly and kind. They always get my order right, even when ask for stupid extras haha. More locations need to take note, this is how customer service should be!“

“I stopped by Tim Hortons early this morning, and the service was excellent. Kiran was friendly, polite, and welcoming. My order was prepared quickly and correctly, and the positive attitude made my morning even better. Great customer service thank you“
“It's a Starbucks. Nothing negative, inside little bland but the outside is nice. Nice parking, maneuvering the drive thru is interesting at times.
While it's still early might take a little longer but with time will get better, been there 4 times already and the latest 2 their a lot quicker.“

“I recently visited a Starbucks- London road location in Sarnia- and I just want to rave about my experience! this woman named *JC* sorry if I spelled it wrong, but she was such a treasure! she helped me pick out the best birthday drink, and was such a delight to converse with. she literally went above and beyond to help my sister and I. 10000 gold stars for her.“
