The caramel marvel latte was really good. The girls working there are very nice. The dining area was super clean. Emma M. was great! I'll definitely be back!

Over $8 for a frozen mocha mint. They do have a bogo on Wednesday if you happen to be ordering 2 drinks. 🤷

BIGGBY COFFEE is a popular coffee shop that has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from its customers. The coffee is praised as the "best around," and the employees are described as kind, friendly, and well-organized. Customers have tried and enjoyed various menu items, including the Teddy Bear Coffee and the Strawberry Blast Red Bull drink, both of which are said to be "amazing."
Despite a slight issue that was promptly resolved, the overall experience at BIGGBY COFFEE has been excellent. Customers appreciate the well-run nature of the establishment, with one reviewer noting that it is a refreshing change from the "insanely rude" management and employees at a nearby competitor. The new location is also praised for its inclusive environment, with one customer appreciating the pride shirts worn by some of the employees.
While the service was initially slow, likely due to the newness of the business, customers understand and are patient with the staff as they find their rhythm. Overall, BIGGBY COFFEE is highly recommended, with one customer stating that it "blows Bucks and Tims way out of the water" and that it is "the only way to go if you haven't gone."
