“Tried it for the first time this eve. Wife got the Steak and Cheese an I sampled the sliders. My sliders were some of the best I've ever had, and luckily I was able to take a bite out of the steak and cheese before it was devoured completely.”

“Last Saturday we were in Port Huron for an event. And we got the family meal. The menu pics on Google have the wrong prices. Its now $70. But we got it with thd pull pork, chicken, & brisket. The dudes we got were baked beans, mac n cheese, & the garlic mashpotatoes. The brisket, the pull pork stole thd show. I wish we wouldve got 2 brisket & 1 pull pork. I didnt care for the chicken. But maybe you will. The baked beans reminded me of Zardas Grandma baked beans(Im from KC so if ykyk). And the mash potatoes was hitting. Lol if youre from the country. They had no greens or anything like that. The mac cheese though cheesy was missing something. As we waited for our food we ordered their bbq nachos, which was a small & they were hitting too. Gooey, cheese lots of meat & flavor. I would recommend...We have another event we will be back.”

“We live in Denver and, when visiting Port Huron (my hometown), Maria's is our go to location for breakfast. The food is plentiful and delicious. The staff are welcoming and accommodating to every need. Nicky was our server on our most recent visit - she is such a delight. Going there is like finding a place where a stranger feels part of the community. Thank you.”

“This place is amazing ! Starting with the beautiful building and incredible ambiance I loved looking around and taking it all in. Our server Adam was superb from recommending dishes to making sure we had everything we need to fully enjoy our meal. We tried the Korean cauliflower for an appetizer and let me say I could just eat that as an entree - it was delicious . I tried the pork chop based on Adam’s recommendation and he wasn’t wrong - it was AMAZING! My husband is a little less adventurous and ordered a steak burger but that being said he said it was the best burger he has ever had ! Even the dessert was perfection - we had crème brûlée vanilla bean it was excellent! This is a must go to restaurant ! My new favorite ❤️”

“I love this little shop. The food and coffee is great. It really is. The only downside is some of the staff let personal feelings affect service and that’s a shame. But I will continue to come here because I enjoy the atmosphere otherwise and the coffee. The Raven is certainly a gem in Port Huron.”

“Stopped in on a whim because we arrived at the McMorran to skate an hour too early and I know they are sponsors of the Prowlers, so we decided to give them a try. Glad we did- the pizza was delicious! Cooked perfectly with the perfect amount of sauce and toppings. Will definitely return with the rest of the family!”

“Catholic Charities of St Clair County staff celebrated Social Workers Month with a luncheon….our food was delicious and the portions were huge. Our server was awesome… great service and hot food… great place to have a luncheon for a group of people… highly recommend.”

“I absolutely love this little place it's a small corner of Michigan that not a lot of people would realize is even there unless you walk up to it or people ask about it and they tell you you find a lot of really good home grown produce and there's a lot of other things that you can find in this place I personally love it because it brings back the old aesthetic appeal of what Michigan used to be before everything started changing before everybody wanted the whole aesthetic appeal to be more modernized and everything this place brings more of an at-home feeling when you go here and you'll understand when you walk through the doors because certain things that you find in this place you cannot find in any other stores”

It came up perfectly medium rare very authentic you could tell the meat is not frozen and even their pickles are hand cut. I recommend Figaro’s for cheeseburgers all day and go see Janice best bartender I’ve ever had.”

“I eat here incredibly frequently, like 3 times a week for almost two months, and there’s a reason. The food is always ready on time, the same quality every time, and such sweet staff. I have never had a problem with them or my food, definitely my number one place to eat in port Huron.”

“We stopped by this past Wednesday and picked up 6 frozen beef pasties and gravy. We were serviced very promptly and professionally in the drive thru, and received our order within a few moments.

We prepared the pasties according to the directions provided, and enjoyed them for supper today.

The homemade pasties and gravy are top shelf... anyone who has been to the UP and had pasties will very likely agree! Suffice it to say that Jimmy's has the best pasties in the Port Huron and greater Detroit area!

I tried the corrie special they were smothered tots and they were delicious 😋 I also had friend pickles and sliders. myself and my kids enjoyed everything we ordered and we will be back!!”

“This is my second time at Anne's Diner. Both times our meals were amazingly good. I recently moved nearby, so it is convenient to be so close to Anne's Diner. Tonight my 10 year old great grandson had chicken tenders and fries and he raved about how good it was and gave it a 10/10! He wants to come back for breakfast. I enjoyed a delicious Chicken Parmesan dinner. The service was outstanding and the business was very clean. We have definitely found out new favorite diner in " Anne's Diner".”

“Update - Tried again after 3 years. Food has improved. The egg rolls are still not the original one from before COVID. They are mushy and not good.
The quality is lacking enough to where we won't make the drive again. We have been customers since 1996 I believe. I'm not sure if ownership has changed but I hope they go back to that quality it used to be. Egg rolls have changed and are not for my taste at all. The rice in the lunch combination is no longer the pork fried rice. It's just a shafran type with bean sprouts. The containers are half the size and the price is almost double.”

“We were staying at a campground in Oxford and I did a search for dive bars and found this one about an hour away. We were greeted by the bartender Rhonda (Big Bird) who is very friendly and knows how to pour a good drink. Prices are great ($3 for well drinks). The bar has a lot of history and we got to meet the son of one of the original owners.”
