“Alberts is a mainstay,a must go for tourists yet the locals swarm this place all year long. Fresh cut fries are always the same. Very consistent and very good. The chili cheese fries are awesome. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. It's deep fried everything and it's dam good. There's always a lineup in the summer but they move you along quickly without compromising quality. Some of the newer trucks by the bridge are subpar. Just come here and walk to the bridge.”

“This fine Indian gem was such a welcome alternative to most of the restaurants in the area that seem to all serve very similar mainstream (uninspiring) pub fare.The staff were very warm and friendly. Food was delicious and this was definitely one of our top Indian restaurant experiences (we've been to many). Generous portions and quite a few new menu items we hadn't seen before. Be sure to check out the chicken samosa appetizer! What a fun treat that was!And the fact that they serve high-quality breakfast dishes as well was a very welcome perk, particularly for us conference-goers who are always wary of greasy spoon dives. Sitara was far from that and was our breakfast destination of choice!”

“My boyfriend and I were in from out of town and love to adventure out to new places. This place is charming and cozy. The staff is VERY pleasant and attentive. The drinks were amazing, definitely recommend the Coconut Pineapple margarita. The queso is it’s cauliflower was so friggin good, the best thing was the salsa they make in house which you can buy for only $6, it’s sooooo so good. Best restaurant salsa I’ve ever had. The fish tacos were good, but there was a lot going on and it over powered the fish. I would definitely recommend this place!”

It wasn't very loud in the restaurant and it's far enough away from the casino. The sweet potatoe fries are very good and I would recommend them instead of regular fries. Overall a very good place to come for a meal.”

“I have ordered from Tanisha in the past and have not been disappointed. Just this week I celebrated a birthday and my mom ordered my cake from Tanisha. White cake with buttercream frosting and covered in coconut. The cake had 4 layers (which we didn't expect, we only anticipated 2) and between the layers was a lemon curd I am assuming. Bottom line...best cake I have ever had! Light and refreshing, not overly sweet but sweet enough. The buttercream was whipped to a light consistency and wasn't at all heavy on my stomach. The cake was dense and delicious and the thin layers of lemon offered a pleasant burst of sunshine for my taste buds. I cannot express enough how absolutely delicious the cake was!!! I have always been pleasantly pleased with Tanisha's cakes/cupcakes and her prices are so reasonable. Forever a return customer. Thank you Tanisha for my delicious cake!!!”

“Went out to dinner here with my (very large/loud) family, and the waitress was on top of it! I wish I remembered her name, I would love to give her a shoutout for fantastic service. Large parties are stressful, especially ones with kids, but I don't think a single one of us were left wanting for anything. The food is always good, which is why some of us are willing to travel almost an hour for it. But just wanted to make sure she got some kind of a shoutout for being great at her job!!Kid-friendliness: The 2 young kids in our party were treated great and left very happy!”

“My absolute favorite place for ice cream and pizza. We moved to the Croswell-Lexington area about a year ago, and this is our favorite. The pizza is amazing, and their pizza prices are the best around. I usually get 2 large pizzas and a large cheesebread, at Jets and other places that runs me about $60-$70, here at Peperonie Cow it is usually around $30-$40 AND It is almost always made and served by the owner.”

“This is a bangin' little bagel shop! Quick and pleasant service with a smile... They have great house-made bagels, including specialty bagels and rotating feature bagels, which can be a little more money, but they are definitely worth it! My favourite is the Hot Tomazzo! They also sell half-dozen day-old bagels for $4! Bagels aren't the only food items they sell as they have tasty cream cheese variations, soups, wraps, sandwiches, cheesecakes, and much more! Awesome little lunch spot off London Rd. across from The Real Canadian Superstore. I highly recommend it! ”
