“GIANT shoutout to Melissa at East Side Mario’s Sarnia!!! I ordered food online, there was a mix up with the driver, she requested a door dash driver to come and there was a mix up there. Melissa had my food remade and personally drove it to me at work!!! 11/10 stars for customer service ❤️❤️ Signed a very happy pregnant lady!”
“Enjoyed their curry dishes. No excess oil - could taste the authentic flavours. First time visit on Saturday. Came back Sunday for takeout to give to my adult children.”
“We went to big fish for the first time tonight and it was amazing! The staff provided quality service and offered to box food we were finished with as we went through our course which I thought was great instead of waiting to box when the entire meal was finished very nice touch for service! Hands down the best steak I’ve ever had in my life!!! We absolutely will be returning thanks again for a wonderful dinner”

“Catered a holiday event for us with 75 people and the food was absolutely delicious! All staff were so happy with the freshness and variety of great tasting bagels and wraps. Above all else, was the service- friendly and accommodating people that are genuinely happy that you are there!!”
“We are from San Diego and we went to Detroit for a trip then we went to Canada and then we crossed the boarder into Canada then we found a restaurant 8 minutes away from the boarder and we went in and the owner was so kind he gave us free sauce and then we asked where we could pray and he let us go in the back and let us pray I would definitely recommend this restaurant he is so kind and the price is reasonable because this is the best food I’ve had for 6 people”

“Brownstones Community Spotlight: Tin Fiddler Every great city needs a few spaces that feel like a little escape and Tin Fiddler delivers that vibe in spades. Nestled downtown, this uniquely hip spot drips local. From the custom design touches to the energetic back patio that fills up fast when the sun’s out, this is the kind of place that makes you forget you’re in a small town and feel like you’ve stepped into something bigger. We’ve got to give credit where it’s due Mia, the owner, has carved out a name that carries weight in Sarnia’s food scene. She’s a force, and it shows in everything from the atmosphere to the team she leads. And yes… we’re big enough to admit it: they serve the best Whiskey Sour in Sarnia (we’ve tested, trust us). Plus, their in-house beer, River Run, is a must-try locally brewed and smooth as it gets. At Brownstones, we know how much hustle goes into building something authentic and Tin Fiddler is exactly that. Respect where it's due. If you haven’t checked it out yet, this is your sign.”
“A Toast from Brownstones to a True Local Staple Sideways At Brownstones, we’ve always believed that great food and atmosphere can bring a community together. That’s why we want to shine a spotlight on one of Sarnia’s true downtown gems Sideways, the brainchild of local hospitality visionary Sean Barlow. Sean has long been a pioneer in shaping Sarnia’s food and drink scene. Back in 2007, he introduced something completely new to the city Limbo Lounge, Sarnia’s first-ever martini bar. At a time when most played it safe, Sean was already thinking two steps ahead, creating experiences that elevated what nightlife and dining could be in our city. Fast forward to today, and Sideways continues that legacy a cozy, stylish bar with fantastic food, curated drinks, and a staff that makes you feel like you’ve just walked into your favourite spot (because you have). It’s the kind of place that reflects not just great taste, but a clear and consistent vision. As fellow operators in this ever-evolving local restaurant scene, we don’t just recognize Sean as a competitor we recognize him as a trailblazer. His commitment, creativity, and contributions have helped raise the bar for all of us, and we at Brownstones genuinely respect and celebrate that. Here’s to Sideways a true downtown staple, and to Sean Barlow a name that deserves to be mentioned whenever we talk about the leaders who’ve helped shape the culinary heartbeat of Sarnia. With respect, The Brownstones Team”

“Went here as part of a business dinner. And wow oh wow, was so impressed with the selection of food, the execution and the quality! We had the calamari, baked Brie, lamb lollipops and coconut shrimp and then various entrees. Lola’s was such a great experience that non-locals got to experience as it was so highly recommended by locals. Would definitely love to come back and try all the food menu items.”
“Service and environment was good. The chicken was fried nicely and it was not dry. It wasn't covered with batter which was good. The coleslaw was excellent and the fries were good. The only issue I had was that the chicken was a little too salty. Other than that, it was good.”

“Ok....I'll review Google! Multiple review prompts on this one. Yes, we stop here on occasion to grab a Beyond Burger, fries and a drink...quick and friendly service, and the burger is good when you're 'on the run!' My daughter's favorite fast food venue....🥂
If A & W were all plant based, I'd give it a 5!”
“Ever since they did renovations the service is none existent. Waiting in the lobby with no one checking the front for 5min. I came in for a coffee and to avoid the long drive through but by the time I got out the drive-thru had already been cleared. It took 12min. Very disappointed”
“Surprisingly good pizza. Service was excellent. Will order fro Napoli Pizza again!”

“We frequent there quite often and the food, atmosphere and staff are great. Today wasn't one of your stellar moments. There was a number of items on the menu that wasn't available, and they closed the doors at 6pm because they were out of certain food and equipment failure. People enjoy going there. You need to get your act together or you're going to end up closing the doors.”

“Junior Baker made my husband’s 30th birthday cake. It was a hockey/Toronto Maple Leaf theme and they created a cake that looked like an ice rink with 3D nets and a detailed Toronto Maple Leaf logo in the middle - truly incredible. The cake was delicious. It was a vanilla cake with a custard filling. We were so impressed. I highly recommend this bakery! We will definitely order more desserts in the future.”

“I love Soups Up! It has the most delicious selection of soups, sandwiches, baked goods and more, and the staff is always so friendly and kind, even when they’re super busy. The other day I arrived to get my take out order, and had my tiny infant in a car seat with me. One of the staff members insisted on carrying my order out to my car for me, so I could manage without dropping anything, and the gesture was so appreciated. I come here often and will continue to do so :)”
“Ignore the ambience and go for the food. Hands down the best authentic kerala taste I've tasted so far in Canada. The tea was to the point perfect. Strength, sweetness consistency everything perfectly accurate with tea from local Kerala restaurants. Chicken biriyani was top notch, kappa biriyani and beef kizhi was also exceptionally good. Chicken kizhi was good too, but the coriander flavour stood up slightly. Ambience is non existing as they put a grocery store as well and the bathrooms are not cleaned regularly. Service is okay, and they didn't charge or expect any tips for the table service. So no complaints. Definitely will visit again for the food.”
“As one who has severe allergies(wheat and turkey), I HIGHLY recommend Pita Pit. I have been twice now since hearing of their gluten free pita and both times have been phenomenal. The first time the man who did up my order changed his gloves three times to lower the cross-contact for wheat. Second time the woman who did my meal up kept track of what she was doing and was making sure she didn't touch anything else while making my pita, but also used paper towel to hold the sauce bottles! Never before have I been to a place that is well educated on allergies and takes them very seriously. They are #1 place in my book now!!”
“My mother in law and I go for coffee every Thursday and Alex, the owner, is always very friendly, warm smile...we sit for an hour enjoying the coffee. While there so many folks come in and he knows there names, welcomes them just as he did us it is a great little treasure for us.”
“We decided to try the breakfeast and we were not disappointed.Waitress was friendly and polite, and quickly took our order. The restaurant was fairly busy so we had a bit of a wait which was fine. We had ordered westerns with home fries and toast and they were delicious!”
“Delicious food appetizingly presented, and pleasant helpful staff. A very enjoyable experience!”
“Stopped in for an after volunteering dinner out for my kiddo. Our server was a sweetheart, checked in often and made sure to add changes we had made to our meals/drinks (one of us loves spicy, the other not so much)
The food is always amazing, drinks are always cold (or hot if coffee!) And you can never go wrong with the music choices 👌
It was kiddos first time here and she absolutely loved the vibe as well. The music isn't too loud but always amazing tunes on, she ordered the Paino Man and it may be her new favorite thing to eat!
We will definitely be back soon”

“Best BK in Sarnia! I have not visited the restaurant but every delivery order has been hot, fresh and correct. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was one of the best if not the best fast food chicken sandwich I have had. Tons of flavour, great spice level and crispy from the first bite to the last. Highly recommend!”
“being the only bar with decent pool tables open till 2am. you can always get yer game on either by shooting pool or just watching a game on one of the 8 big screens. or rock out to your favorite hits on the most played juke box in town. or just join the others that come in just to see the cute bartenders or the one ugly one. whatever your pleasure be, you'll find it here! Gotta check it out if you haven't yet. it all happens at the "zoo"”
“I was in champs today April 15/2026 and had a beautiful meal. I personally had the brown stew chicken and others in my group had the oxtail. Every bite was delicious. The chef who was also bartender was a beautiful, warm soul who made us feel at home and served up a couple of the coldest beer I've had anywhere. Thank you all. I'll be back”
“Had the pleasure of Hosting trivia there a couple of times. Amazing staff and Management. The food is great too. the half price appetizers at night are a great score. Two patios as well, one tucked in the back and one up front that is great for people watching.”
“I went there there was a guy named janam
I think he said I sat out on the patio food was great and chanam was very very friendly give that man a raise”
“From Brownstones: A Salute to Cravin’s A True Sarnia Icon In the ever-changing world of hospitality, very few restaurants not only endure but evolve and Cravin’s has done exactly that. A cornerstone in Sarnia’s dining scene, Cravin’s has consistently demonstrated what it means to deliver excellence, whether through the inviting charm of its dining room, the creative expansion into C Lounge, or the professionalism of its Catering arm. This kind of longevity and growth doesn't happen by accident. It’s a direct reflection of the vision, leadership, and tireless work ethic of one of our city’s finest restaurateurs Helen. Her ability to adapt while staying true to the heart of her brand has earned Cravin’s a well-deserved reputation as a local favourite. At Brownstones, we respect the grind, and we admire those who continue to elevate our industry. Cravin’s may be modest in size, but it’s mighty in reputation proof that consistency, care, and community connection still matter. If you live in Sarnia, you’ve heard of Cravin’s. And if you haven’t been lately, go remind yourself what made it a local legend. With respect, from all of us at Brownstones Sports Lounge & Restaurant”

“Today I took my two children for a quick dinner before their dance pictures ! The staff that waited on us to take our order were friendly and professional! The speed of service was amazing ! My son accidentally spilled his fries 🍟 taking them out of the bag ! They replaced them ..:no questions ! Shortly after that there was someone on staff handing out mints ! I wanted to take the time to thank each and every one of you for being nice and friendly ! In today’s society it’s rare to see excellent customer service ! Afterward my children changed into their recital outfits ! The joy on the faces of the staffs faces seeing them in their outfits was amazing ! Thanks for a great time dining in @ Wendy’s we usually get our food to go however we will be eating in more after today’s experience !”
