“Absolutely amazing! We come here everytime we have a date night/morning! They are always very sweet and come up with some of the best combinations! I highly recommend them to everyone. Hangover? They got you. Tired parents, and dont know what you want, they have you! Really the possibilities are endless here and I love this place. They are always friendly and very patient(I'm indecisive). I will definitely miss them when we go to Florida! When we visit michigan, it's a must now.”

“Updated review- still a good place to eat. The $3.99 breakfast deal this morning was delicious and a real bargain! However, shame on us for not looking at the menu for our grandson's meal. By adding chocolate milk to a chocolate chip pancake with bacon, we paid a very ridiculous $8.45. For a kid's meal?! Less food, WAY more cost. And, of course, he didn't even eat it all! “It’s not the best Chinese I’ve ever had but it’s the best around Wadhams/Avoca. We come here every couple of weeks and the taste and service is consistent and great! Food is always hot and portions are more for the money than you can get at most restaurants. We just picked up our Christmas feast from here and it was delish as always! Egg rolls are crispy and I love how they have meat in them. Sesame chicken is mostly chicken (not overloaded with breading as other people say) and the chicken leu mein is good as always!”

“I have ordered from Tanisha in the past and have not been disappointed. Just this week I celebrated a birthday and my mom ordered my cake from Tanisha. White cake with buttercream frosting and covered in coconut. The cake had 4 layers (which we didn't expect, we only anticipated 2) and between the layers was a lemon curd I am assuming. Bottom line...best cake I have ever had! Light and refreshing, not overly sweet but sweet enough. The buttercream was whipped to a light consistency and wasn't at all heavy on my stomach. The cake was dense and delicious and the thin layers of lemon offered a pleasant burst of sunshine for my taste buds. I cannot express enough how absolutely delicious the cake was!!! I have always been pleasantly pleased with Tanisha's cakes/cupcakes and her prices are so reasonable. Forever a return customer. Thank you Tanisha for my delicious cake!!!”

“We grabbed a pizza right before they closed late one night on a whim and I’ve thought about it every week since! It was baked perfectly, great amount of sauce and cheese and ample toppings. It was made quickly and well, even though they were close to closing for the night. The taste was delicious and it even reheated well the next day! Absolutely will get again soon!”

“Went out to dinner here with my (very large/loud) family, and the waitress was on top of it! I wish I remembered her name, I would love to give her a shoutout for fantastic service. Large parties are stressful, especially ones with kids, but I don't think a single one of us were left wanting for anything. The food is always good, which is why some of us are willing to travel almost an hour for it. But just wanted to make sure she got some kind of a shoutout for being great at her job!!Kid-friendliness: The 2 young kids in our party were treated great and left very happy!”

“The Raven Cafe is always a huge delight. It is one of the few places worth checking out in Port Huron, and is a must for taking out of state/out of country friends and family to. The vibes are always right, and the food is always delicious. Plus if you go during certain nights they have cool things like live music and even trivia! It's worth checking their events. :) There's a reason I call it my favorite piece of home.Vegetarian options: While I'm not a vegetarian, I know for a fact they offer vegetarian options, which are clearly marked on their menus. And if you ever have questions the staff is knowledgeable enough to help guide you.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options marked on their menu, and they also offer almond and oat milk alternatives if you get any coffee shakes. All you have to do is let the waiter/waitress know. I can't have regular dairy, so I always get their coffee shakes with no whip cream and almond milk instead of regular.Kid-friendliness: The building in some areas in narrow, so I wouldn't advise letting kids run around. That said, I do see a lot of folks take their kids in, and they offer board games, books, and even have an area upstairs for children to play at. I've never been there where it's ever been an issue for parents to bring their kids to. In fact, I think kids would find it to be really neat and super cool. They also have a menu option for kids.”
