“GIANT shoutout to Melissa at East Side Mario’s Sarnia!!! I ordered food online, there was a mix up with the driver, she requested a door dash driver to come and there was a mix up there. Melissa had my food remade and personally drove it to me at work!!! 11/10 stars for customer service ❤️❤️ Signed a very happy pregnant lady!“

“We ordered some family trays for a get together and everything was fantastic. The service and the food was great. Very happy with everything.“

“Lovely bakery, very clean and welcoming.

I tried the chex bar (never had one before), cookie, apple pastry and brownie.

The cookie was incredible. Soft, gooey and chocolatey all throughout.

The chex bar had caramel, melted peanut butter and cereal, I really enjoyed it.

The brownie had more of a cake texture than a fudgey brownie consistency. Which is my only gripe. They’re best known for their pizza’s and I didn’t even try those, I can only imagine how good that would be.

Everything was extremely reasonably priced.“

“I've stopped in here after work for slices, this is amazing, handcrafted home style pizza. The lady at the window was incredibly helpful and polite, and I learned that this establishment has been around since 1977. Many thanks from a repeat customer, will definitely be back.“

“A few days ago, there was a small mistake with my pizza, but this time they improved it so much. The pizza was delicious and everything was perfect. Special thanks to Ayush and Arsh for the great service and making sure I had a much better experience.“

“Best pizza ever! I totally miss it. Grew up on it, but moved at 14. I've never found a pizza as good as Firenze's. Not anywhere.“

“The pizza was fresh, hot, and loaded with toppings. Loved the variety — cheesy breadsticks, pepperoni, jalapeño, and bacon slices all in one box made it perfect for sharing. The dips and sauce added even more flavor. Fast service, great taste, and excellent value for money. Definitely a go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal with family or friends. Highly recommended for pizza lovers!“

“Ordered takeout on my way home from work. I got the lasagna family meal. everyone loved it! the rolls were super fresh and the lasagna was delicious.“

“The owner is so kind. Now they have soft serve ice cream. It's amazing.“

“My family ordered some Canadian pizza with mozzarella sticks, garlic bread, various sauces and the mini Cinnabon cinnamon rolls as a triple treat box recently. Took off some marks as the pan pizza was pretty dough-heavy (although this may be a personal preference as I typically order thin crust). Overall, a decent pizza place, the pizza and sides are pretty consistent with other huts, it is open late and they have good deals to save money. But it is nothing to write home about (other than those mini Cinnabons, those are great).“

“We get pizza here probs once a week. Pepperoni Bacon Well Done. It is always great. I call and I'm literally eating pizza in about 20 min. It is our fav place.“

“My wife and I are regulars here. Tonight a mix up that I would blame there website administrators for. We ordered to the same address for 8 years, but Tonight it got delivered to our old address. I called. Let them know and they made a new order for us. Thank you so much.“

“My wife and I popped in for a bite around
5 p.m. We enjoyed our visit tremendously, due primarily because of our server Hunter.
He was very friendly, attentive but not overly so, and was available whenever we needed him. The food, we had a double order of wings with a veggie side, was excellent and the beer was ice cold. Couldn't ask for a better dining experience. Thank you Hunter! 😊“

“Best Pizza Around ,,authentic ?❤?hard to go elsewhere now! Best EVER“
