“I usually stop for Green tea or coffee. I gave four Stars because a few times did not stir the coffee & the sugar was at the bottom. Also summer time - I had to complain to the Manager - to do something about the 15+ bees circulating & buzzing around the coffee shop.“
“My wife went to two separate Tim Hortons today to pick up an ice cap. She was horrified when getting out of the car is somehow smashed onto the driveway. We both went about 20 minutes later to pick up another one at our local Colbourne location and the same thing happened, just inside the house! Apparently the plastic has been changed and the lid doesn’t always stay on well. Chelsea was a STAR and offered to replace both drinks even though we had gotten the one at another location.“
“I asked for 2 for farmers wrap. The guy said he just had egg for one wrap. I said its fine, skip the egg for the second one. But after a moment he came and asked me if could wait for a few minutes he could make egg for the other one as well and he did. I guess his name is Poolue, not sure. Thank you sir“
“I was meeting a friend in Sarnia and chose this Tim Hortons because of the good reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Coffee, sandwiches and donuts were excellent, staff were genuinely friendly and there was lots of comfortable seating. One of the more upscale Tim Hortons. Almost felt like I was at Starbucks.“
“Its like the usual Tim Hortons but I have to say that the staff is really friendly. Yesterday I ordered a veg wrap but they accidentally gave me chicken. First I was very angry, but then I did go there and tell them about it. They were sorry for that and then they offered me a veg wrap for free. That’s what we call a good customer service.Vegetarian options: I recommend veg wrap it’s really good.“
“They are quick with getting my mobile orders ready for me when I arrive, and I love that they are affiliated with the too good to go food app, We enjoy the surprise bags which has mostly all been baked goods. Although we like out treats around here, it would be nice if we were able to rescue other items from their breakfast, lunch/dinner menuKid-friendliness: My (shy-natured) son picks up most of our mobile orders, and the friendly morning staff make him feel comfortable doing so:)“
“The drive-thru here was busy the two times I visited. We dined-in...many tables available. Staff were fast, friendly and smiled. Restaurant was clean and the washrooms mostly also. There is a cosy fireplace seating area though the chairs can do with re-upholstering. I was surprised to see a separate family/diaper change washroom in addition to the male and female washrooms.“

“I got two sandwiches at 9:30 at night and took like 10 minutes but it was worth it because the sandwiches were delicious. So it's a great place to go no matter what time of the day or night you're going to get a good service and even better food“
“This location is one of the best in town. Both day and afternoon shift staff are absolutely ?% the best. The drive thru team is fast and efficient even during busy times. As this locations best customer, the staff know me by both my name and order. I would also like so see this location open until midnight or at least 11pm. Thanks for my L 2M1S & L 2M“
