Tim Hortons, a popular Canadian coffee and donut chain, offers a mixed experience for its customers. This is another great location with very clean premises and great staff who are always smiling. The food items of all sorts are always delicious and fresh, and the staff prepared everything without complaining and also served the best food. Even when busy, the staff handled it well. The coffee was fresh and orders are accurate and tasty. Overall, Tim Hortons provides a varied customer service and product quality, with the potential for both positive and negative experiences.

So this morning before work my car decided to die in the DRIVE THREW!!! at this Tim Horton's. I always come to this one or the one on Murphy rd. I have always had great experiences but today I had to walk up to the window and ask if anyone could help...2 male employees came right out and helped push my car into the lot next door. Then to top it off the cashier comes out with my coffees I ordered and said it was on the house! I made sure to pay and tip! Can't thank your staff enough!...read full review

I went into the store today at about 1:30, the ladys there were amazing !! The food was great!! The bathroom and dinning room was amazingly clean not like others in town. I came across town to come to this one. The staff here is always great to see and talk to, but there is one staff member that always stands out for me, her name is Cassandra. She really goes out of her way too make everyone feel welcome.
