Too strict customers! I hope the owner gets all this data they desperately need to make proper changes. To the owner, I am sorry we had to make an example of this location, but it is the central Timmies people come to. Fine, then I say allow your customers and workers to tear down the foundation that Mr. Horton left behind as a legacy.

“Always look forward to coming here. The service is quick especially through drive-thru. Each and every team member takes care in making sure you get what you’ve ordered, and if mistake is done. They’re quick to replace and fix it! Love coming here and it is one of the only tims I go to in Chatham because they alway get it right!!“

“This team works so hard and are so nice! They keep the coffee going and they should be rewarded!

Small location so it doesn’t have the full menu but it works!

Would love to see this location get a renovation and the full menu.“

“Some of the staff here are HORRIBLE! The Indian man in the afternoon is beyond rude! Unless the blonde lady is with him. I’m assuming manager of some sort. Blonde lady is sooo nice and funny always cracking jobs and goes above to please us!“

“Me and my sister went through drive thru I ordered their chicken sandwich I was quite surprised how perfect and delicious it was veggies were fresh and their wasn't too much mayanaise it was july 3 on the afternoon shift I usually don't order food from tims but this experience was fantastic great job whoever made it.“

“We got ice coffee today. Depending on the time of day we get coffee, ice coffee or I get frozen lemonade maybe an ice cap.
Most of the time we get a large double double.
I really like the apple fritters, my favorite is the wild blueberry muffins another good one is the honey curlers.“
