“Late-night Tims run = always a good Late- night Tims run =always a good idea. Rolled through the drive-thru, grabbed a steeped tea and some Timbits, and everything was fresh and hot. The staff were cool and didn’t seem bothered even though it was close to closing. Honestly, Tims just hits different when you need a quick comfort fix.“
“Always look forward to coming here. The service is quick especially through drive-thru. Each and every team member takes care in making sure you get what you’ve ordered, and if mistake is done. They’re quick to replace and fix it! Love coming here and it is one of the only tims I go to in Chatham because they alway get it right!!“

Too strict customers! I hope the owner gets all this data they desperately need to make proper changes. To the owner, I am sorry we had to make an example of this location, but it is the central Timmies people come to. Fine, then I say allow your customers and workers to tear down the foundation that Mr. Horton left behind as a legacy.

Small location so it doesn’t have the full menu but it works!

“Some of the staff here are HORRIBLE! The Indian man in the afternoon is beyond rude! Unless the blonde lady is with him. I’m assuming manager of some sort. Blonde lady is sooo nice and funny always cracking jobs and goes above to please us!“
“I enjoy coming here from time to time. While the location can get quite busy, the dining area is decent and the parking lot is very convenient. I also appreciate the drive-through service, as it is usually quite quick.

“don’t even know where to begin—this was hands down the BEST Tim Hortons experience of my life. From the second I walked up to the counter, Maggie and Tammy absolutely knocked it out of the park.
Their energy? Immaculate.
Their friendliness? Off the charts.
Their service? Faster than I could even decide what I wanted.
They didn’t just take my order—they elevated it. Smiles, laughs, great conversation… it honestly felt like I was being served by longtime friends rather than just grabbing a coffee. And somehow, they still managed to be incredibly efficient and professional at the same time.
My order came out perfect (like… suspiciously perfect), and you could tell they genuinely care about customers having a great experience. That kind of service is rare these days, and Maggie and Tammy made my entire day better.
Tim Hortons—you’ve got absolute superstars at that counter. Give them a raise, a trophy, a parade… something!
