I have gone through their drive thru and a few times I've paid cash and later checked my points. The people have taken my cash and kept it and then my points to pay for my drink. There is an older lady there and she always has a wonderful attitude and smile and I always get what I ordered and never has she cheated me. If it's happened to me, how many others have been cheated. The last time this happened was Oct 13th.
There is an older lady that works at the window. She make my day everyday to a positive one. She is so polite and kind she's great wish I know her name. She will know who she is

Went in to get a LG candy cane white hot chocolate sm candy cane white hot chocolate and a few other things. The candy cane hot chocolates are supposed to come with whipped cream and candycane pieces, but all I got was a mint hot chocolate.
