“Nice staff but understaffed. Have to wait a little too long for coffee when you walk in. Poor staff that was there seemed over run with things to do. The restaurant was very dirty including the bathrooms. Hire more staff and pay them properly!“

“Ok, they sell the best chocolate croissant (pain au chocolat) I have ever eaten in my life. It has a taste of dates to it. I have eaten a lot of chocolate croissant and this is far the best. I live in Toronto and was visiting Chatham. This cafe/shop is lovely.“

“What a find. Me and my two pals travelled up from Windsor looking for different places to enjoy coffee, food and atmosphere. Well this is the place. We so enjoyed this place.Walking in we were greeted with the beautiful aroma of fresh bake goods. Then greeted by an awesome staff. We sat and enjoyed great brewed coffee and freshly made muffins. “Quality food and service, coffee has dropped in quality since they got the tall containers which is a shame... atmosphere is fine, especially by the fireplace but it could stand to be more....homey? The stools are a bit uncomfortable and I don't understand why the table is so tall, not safe for kids.“
