I had ordered at the other Chatham location and unfortunately something was off in the drink. I stopped in to the St.Clair location to see if I could have it fixed. The staff member (I believe the name tag said Marsha) was so helpful. Thank you so much for fixing my drink and being so kind the whole interaction 😊

Starbucks on St. Clair Street offers a warm atmosphere with consistently friendly and welcoming service. While some newer employees may lack in greeting customers, the staff members who have been there longer are always super friendly. Despite a recent off day with a less friendly employee and a drink that didn't sit well, the overall customer service is impressive. The commitment to creating a cheerful atmosphere and providing excellent service makes it a great spot for coffee lovers.
