Little disappointed in service recently. The older employees who have been there a while are always super friendly and greet me as I come in so this isn't about them at all. The newer ones, however, act like I don't exist when I walk into the building. I never stay long enough in the building to get an accurate read on the atmosphere but it seems fine.

Do not try and order anything bigger then a grande when this place is having a coffee tasting because the ppl behind the counter are to focused on that then the customers I clearly said venti and got a grande... I see the price difference between the two... I still asked for a venti and the blonde that argued with me that that's what I got is very unprofessional. Worst Starbucks yet...

The girl who took my order did not greet myself over the speaker. Miserable as can be. Handed us the two drinks we ordered and no greeting or anything. Here and shuts the door. Unfortunately my rating is a 4 as I haven't felt well from my drink. A one off. Will be a returning customer anyway. Until today, it's been great service as usual.

WOW! Shout out to the two employees who were working around 730am today. I asked for a pumpkin spice latte and requested soy or oat milk- whichever the barista thought would be best. When I got to the pickup window, the young lady explained that her and her coworker had a 'disagreement' on which milk substitute to go with. She thought oat milk, whereas the other employee (fella) thought soy milk. Shortly after, the barista came to the window with two drinks: one with soy milk and one with oat milk so that I could compare!!! They both stood there with anticipation for me to try the drinks and we all had a laugh when I stated soy was the way to go. Hands down the BEST experience I've ever had at Starbucks. They were both so kind and friendly. Very cool guys!

I've never waited longer at a Starbucks in my life...... the drive through is horrible.

The line situation was confusing - there were people just standing everywhere. It took a long time to get our drinks and one was made wrong which was quickly corrected. Coffee was good ?
