We so enjoyed this place.Walking in we were greeted with the beautiful aroma of fresh bake goods. Then greeted by an awesome staff. We sat and enjoyed great brewed coffee and freshly made muffins. “Little disappointed in service recently. The older employees who have been there a while are always super friendly and greet me as I come in so this isn't about them at all. The newer ones, however, act like I don't exist when I walk into the building. I never stay long enough in the building to get an accurate read on the atmosphere but it seems fine.“

“Quality food and service, coffee has dropped in quality since they got the tall containers which is a shame... atmosphere is fine, especially by the fireplace but it could stand to be more....homey? The stools are a bit uncomfortable and I don't understand why the table is so tall, not safe for kids.“
“Very nice establishment! One of the cleanest Tim Hortons I have been in. The staff are courteous, quick and clean. They are able to accurately make orders for dine in or takeout. Try the new Everything Sausage Bagel while it's still out. The taste is something to remember.Kid-friendliness: Staff treats children with respect. They have timbits and small sandwiches that will fill the child's tummy.Parking: Right off of Grand Ave. The lot has around 20+ spots.“
“Ok, they sell the best chocolate croissant (pain au chocolat) I have ever eaten in my life. It has a taste of dates to it. I have eaten a lot of chocolate croissant and this is far the best. I live in Toronto and was visiting Chatham. This cafe/shop is lovely.“
