11 Best Burger Restaurants in Chatham

“I Often order for pickup or drive thru after work! It Is a terrific go to place for excellent burgers of any design. Service is generally quick, only occasionally is the wait, but then again only minutes. Staff are courteious and friendly! Food always hot, fresh and cared for. Not flopped together and half on the bun and half off the side.
Inside has no draw to bring customers inside. It is rather 'blaw' if you understand the word....just a chair, at a table, in a room, is the ambience. Needs "SOMETHING" to enhance to a pleasant in house spot. The washrooms are not pleasant either!! Maybe because the eating room and facilities are out of the staffs sight - unless they intensionally go thru the area, needs to be addressed to make a better eat in facility in Chatham. You ask for honest responses, So, Honest...... Food for thought !!
Your Delivery Personal need a word about 'courtesy.' They need to Move out of the customers way while waiting to pick up your delivery orders... last time I observed 2 workers, bags to go on the floor, in front of the toppings area, where customers inside were trying to get their orders filled and the delivery people were NOT OBTAINING THEIR DELIVERY YET from the store staff !! They need to be told to keep their bag in hand and back from the counter until they are called forward to collect their delivery as it is processed and ready to go!! Not a bag open and ready placed on the floor for the delivery to be put inside, appearing to keep their spot in line by their placement.
I as a customer and always as a store manager always treat a customer with the same courtesy that I expect when I am the shopper. Please take a lesson from this!! It goes a " l o n g " way in return clientele ! Again food for thought !!

Dietary restrictions: Not versed in restrictions, however always do " plenty of " or " light of " when asked.

Parking: PLENTY of parking in FREE lot.

Kid-friendliness: Basic surroundings. Allows area for children to move about as well as if you bring crayons &colouring book they can be active while sitting for meal they can ocupy themselves at the table.

Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair access likely, flat area level for access. Scooters likely can access as well. Large area inside to give plenty of space. Bicycle parking outside as well.“

“I like Mike's, the service is usually good, food comes out hot and quick, never had a bad experience, the prices are very fair. But I cannot fathom why they put pineapple on a Canadian pizza. I was shocked upon receiving my pizza! Anywhere I've ever ordered a Canadian, it has always been mushroom, bacon and pepperoni. I had to recheck the menu to see what the heck was on my plate LOL my fault for not actually reading the menu I suppose. Will we be back? Absolutely.“

Kind and friendly staff.
Good food.

They close at 11pm, which is reasonable because of its location. Its a great option down the road when ON routes have no food and this place is a blessing for truckers.

“Bathroom was acceptable. Counter staff was pleasant and capable at her job. At 5:30 PM on Tuesday the drive through was busy.You serve yourself a drink from a machine that seems to have an endless amount of choices.The dining room was clean the tables were clean. The dining room feels to insitutional cafeteria for my taste. As I look around the room I get the sudden feeling like I want to leaveSurprisingly at 50 years old I seemed to be almost the youngest customer In the restaurant.There were a couple of groups of older people. They were not loud or boisterous.The food was hot and fresh. Tasted as it should.The manager should be proud of all the workers at this store.I will definitely come again but I think I'll eat outside on the patio next time.“

“One of the best McDonalds I have been in. Was impressed on how they had one person clean the tables as people left. Other restaurants need to take a lesson from them.
