Quality food and service, coffee has dropped in quality since they got the tall containers which is a shame... atmosphere is fine, especially by the fireplace but it could stand to be more....homey? The stools are a bit uncomfortable and I don't understand why the table is so tall, not safe for kids.
Typical Tom Horton's. No longer the donut shop's Mr. Tim Horton visualised when he opened his donut shop. It has morphed into a "cafe". Now barely competing with the likes of BK, McD, etc.Donuts are now cheap, tiny imitations of what used to be their primary fare! Theyre primary fare is good but not excellent soups, sandwiches, etc. The coffees are great, but so is McD's.Too bad they didn't stay in their original lane! I hate to talk bad about a new worker but the lady that has been working the drive thru in the mornings is not doing so well. She takes forever to take orders and gets the drive thru backed up. She’s very nice and all but most people there are on their way to work. Please put her somewhere else. Our food this morning was missing a couple things that we asked for and it did not taste good.
