Purchased christmas dinner for my family and was extremely insulted. Was told to pick up in 30 mins or delivery in 50 mins. An hour and 25 mins and the food came cold. I don't just mean cold I mean inedible. They offered no explanation. With food like this it's like they stole over $100 from my family. We drove from Dutton, just to get Kung Fu Chinese. We had it the first time a few weeks ago, and it is by far, the best Chinese food we have ever eaten. Exceptional! Everything we had was exceptional. Loved the boneless ribs. We will make the drive again! Thank you Kung Fu!
Ordered $80.00 worth of Chinese food for delivery when it arrived it was closer to cold than hot even the soup was only at 130 degrees. The rest was luke warm. If I wanted to heat up my food I would have made it myself. Called and was told it was made packaged and went out. Driver said it was his 3rd delivery. I live 6 mins drive per google maps.
