Nice staff but understaffed. Have to wait a little too long for coffee when you walk in. Poor staff that was there seemed over run with things to do. The restaurant was very dirty including the bathrooms. Hire more staff and pay them properly!
BURNT coffee. Bethann was very RUDE gave me the worst customer service ever. I would never recommend this Tim Hortons to anybody. I’ve been going here and getting burnt coffee always thinking that I’ll get a nice cup of coffee and it’s burnt then I get horrible service from Bethann told me to go elsewhere if I don’t like the coffee at this location, like who hired this woman? Definitely a bad business move.
