“The staff is amazing …. Every one of them ! Always smiles on their faces! I was there at 1125 today and received a delicious cinnamon cake for free with my Coffee! That’s not why I wrote this … but it did make me happy! The staff there is doing a great job … and this is the Least I could do to recognize them! Have a great day! Stop by and see them, even if you don’t like coffee, they will put a smile on your face!“

“I visit Starbucks on London Road regularly, and while the ladies there are always great, it was refreshing to see a gentleman working there today. I believe his name was Mitch, and he was working in the drive-thru. What stood out to me was how polite and professional he was. Instead of immediately asking, “What can I get for you?”, he took the time to thank me for choosing Starbucks first. That small gesture made a big difference and really made my day. I even told him that they need more men working there! His friendly attitude, excellent customer service, and genuine appreciation for customers were truly noticeable.
