McDonald's in Sarnia

“A little loud during the off hours like after 6pm with the staff talking amongst themselves but that's to be expected when they don't have anything else to do. The food was decently warm, I made an online order from a few minutes away and it was ready when I got there. I sat inside for a half hour and wasn't bothered by staff that I was overstaying my welcome. Then I proceeded to make an order for table service, my order came minutes after by a pleasant man who seemed to enjoy his job. I would eat here again.“

“Everytime I've ordered from here has been a mobile order for dine in. It is always waiting on the counter when I arrive (within 5 minutes of ordering). I don't usually order food, just smoothies or iced coffees. I think I ordered breakfasts a few times and they were still warm when I got there. Only 4 stars just simply because it's McDonald's and no McDonald's will ever be @ 5 star establishment.“

“If you try and order at the front counter instead of doing it yourself at the kiosk, good luck getting someone to take your order.
They go out of their way to avoid you at all costs!! It took 4 MINUTES to be noticed by a worker so I can have my order taken even tho there were 10+ employees taking and making drive tru orders!“

“Amazing customer service by Callen in the drive through, yesterday. He should train every drive thru employee in the city to be just like him. He made quite the impression in a very short period of time. Not fake just a real down to earth, what you see is what you get. Which is the way it should be. Assistant manager Chayton was quick to sing his praises.
