I visit this BWW location weekly for lunch and everything has always been perfect. However, I have never had a good experience in the evening. Service was so slow on last visit that I left before anyone came to the table.
Great food, great atmosphere but the service hasn't been the same. My buddy and I USE to come in there all the time.. they switched our regular waitress Hannah with a couple new hires and the experience just hasn't been the same.
