This restaurant has some of the best customer service i have received as i left Tim Horton's and started coming here on 24th ave in fort gratiot mi now go here almost every morning
This Dunkin location is truly the best! The staff is consistently welcoming, friendly, and respectful, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I especially appreciate the morning shift crew — they’re always on top of it and have my order ready to go, which makes my mornings so much easier.
