Out of all the McDonald's I've ever been to this one is by far the best. The food, staff and restaurant are great. Our food is always fresh and made correctly and the staff is always very friendly. We particularly love Jodi! It's impressive watching her work, she is on top of everything and smiling the whole time, even if it's crazy busy! We love seeing her there because she's just so sweet to us. She deserves a raise for all her hard work and positive attitude. You're the best...read full review

Food was on the dry side and portions of meat to toppings wow small but for the price you are paying you would think the the large French fries would be more than 3/4 filled really for the price going to a real restaurant would be better food and service and price all

Richmond McDonald's has the best and friendliest employees. Who are extremely fast and efficient. Plus it is extremely clean.Kid-friendliness: My grandsons really enjoyed playing in the play area while my daughter and I visited. It was just wonderful
