Worst Tim Hortons I ever been to, charged me for large drinks, to find out they gave me mediums, didn’t toast the bagel. On top of all that the manager is very unprofessional and rude.

Customer service was terrible. I don’t know what has happened to customer service anymore but the girl taking more order and handing me my order was terrible. She was condescending and rude. I said I wanted egg on my bagel not just sausage so she didn’t put cheese on my bagel purposely. I did order a croissant with only sausage and cheese because my gf is allergic to egg. Just how rude.

Always rude staff, it's like they hire people and teach them to be rude. Also, you see the bad reviews, and nothing is done about it. And can you believe I asked for no ice, and they said then my cup won't be all the way full. ? And then my daughter went and ordered something and got the wrong thing. They told her it's what's on the receipt, so that's what she gets. These people need to be fired. And maybe you should look at the management.
