I’ve tried to give this place the benny every time I go back but almost every other visit I get the wrong food or missing food items. I love dunkin but most of the time I get an order from this place I’m disappointed as soon as I open the bag. I usually check my order at the window but each time I forget I check and they’ve given me the wrong item. I have great memories of my parents taking me to Dunkin for donut holes when I was a child. It's been a long time since I had it and wanted to treat myself. The jelly donut holes were delicious! I was disappointed in the coffee roll, since it didn't have much flavor.
The person serving me was okay. He didn't smile nor did he apologize for not having what I wanted. He did say they were out of cinnamon buns and gave me an apple fritter instead. After he gave me my order, he shut the window. When I looked in the bag, there were no napkins. I tried getting his attention however, he walked away; I wasn't able to gain his attention.
