I’ve tried to give this place the benny every time I go back but almost every other visit I get the wrong food or missing food items. I love dunkin but most of the time I get an order from this place I’m disappointed as soon as I open the bag. I usually check my order at the window but each time I forget I check and they’ve given me the wrong item. Today I left the drive through and an employee told me they gave us extra hash browns (hash browns soggy)which I thought was because we waited 20 min in the small line they had but no I open the bag and we had wrong sandwich bread. Wild. And I never leave reviews this clearly because this did something to me ??‍♀️SMH

This Dunkin is depressing. 3 day old donuts, extremely slow service, and the staff literally does not acknowledge customers upon entering the store. I have been there multiple times thinking I just caught them on an off day, but unfortunately the stale food and horrible service has remained consistent.

I have great memories of my parents taking me to Dunkin for donut holes when I was a child. It's been a long time since I had it and wanted to treat myself. The jelly donut holes were delicious! I was disappointed in the coffee roll, since it didn't have much flavor.

It would be nice to be waited on with an employee staying on their phone the whole. The white young girl waited on me and the black guy just stood there the whole time on his phone. Very poor customer service.

Had a mobile order for two coffees. All I had to do was show up at the drive through to grab and go. SIXTEEN MINUTES for me to watch them shuffle around like winter molasses lost in life.

The person serving me was okay. He didn't smile nor did he apologize for not having what I wanted. He did say they were out of cinnamon buns and gave me an apple fritter instead. After he gave me my order, he shut the window. When I looked in the bag, there were no napkins. I tried getting his attention however, he walked away; I wasn't able to gain his attention. That was disappointing! Have you ever trying eating an apple fritter while driving within any napkins? The coffee was good though and the service was quick!

I am disappointed in this dunkin. I come here quite often before work and never have issues but I specifically get almond milk in my drinks because I CANNOT have regular milk. I went today before work and ordered a iced chai with almond milk and I basically got a huge cup of JUST milk. No chai is even in it. I’m never coming back to dunkin at all. Thanks for the stomach issues dunkin. Do better. This is straight milk. ?? dumped it straight out

One of the employees literally SCREAMED and cussed out a customer for asking for a gift card while he was busy on his phone. I was sitting inside with my three year old son while this employee had a literal screaming breakdown. I got my son out of the situation, told the customer outside that I was sorry that this happened to her, and then tried calling the store multiple times later to speak with a manager. No reply. Insane/ scary atmosphere.

If you’re in a hurry don’t stop. It used to be great and quick but everytime I’ve been back it’s been at least 30 minutes to wait in line for drive thru. Going indoors is no quicker.
