At Church's Texas Chicken, the staff is mostly respectful and nice, with one reviewer praising the efficient service. However, another reviewer noted inconsistency in food quality. Despite this, the newly renovated location impressed customers with its friendly and accurate service, serving hot and perfect orders. On the downside, one reviewer found the chicken terrible and the drive-thru process inconvenient.
