Chicken Restaurants in Poplar Bluff

“Today’s trip through the drive thru included not getting my change back. I also had to drive back to Popeyes because the ordered and confirmed “naked” tenders were breaded and fried. After finally getting my naked strips, I got home and there were only 4 strips in my $8 five piece meal. Some of the drinks were over 1 inch from the lid. My bbq sauces were cocktail sauce for shrimp and there was no spork for my red beans and rice. My previous 2 trips, I was asked to pull forward and 20-25 minutes later, I had to go inside (during Covid) and have them put my order together because they forgot about me. The two trips before that they forgot my red beans and rice and asked me to drive 8 miles round trip to come back and retrieve what should have been there to begin with. I love their food, but their drive thru service is the worst.“

“100% recommend the KFC in Poplar Bluff, MO. on Friday, July 29th 2022 about 3:45 I came to pick up my carry out order, these ladies were beyond fast, efficient, made sure I had all the utensils I needed and got it right. Not to mention they were very polite and I felt beyond welcome, I hope those girls all get a raise and have a great week because you just don’t find good customer service like that anymore.
