This establishment consistently fails to deliver accurate orders during our visits. Unfortunately, this will be our final attempt to dine here. The service quality has noticeably deteriorated. On three consecutive occasions, I have requested sour cream and limes, yet they have not been provided. The food exhibited a burnt flavor, while the bacon was undercooked. Absolutely the worst Mexican restaurant in Jonesboro. It baffles me why this place is so popular. We waited over an hour for our food, the rice was mushy, and the steak in the burrito was full of gristle.
