they use to be great. now even if your receipt says you ordered something that doesn't mean they will give you what you ordered. I ordered ramen with 2 eggs online. got 1 egg. I called and they said it would be fixed next time. Then they called me back and said it would cost me $3 for the egg that was on the original order as no extra charge -it was one of the 5 toppings
Okay so I have never done this before but my husband and I just left Ichiya Ramen. We began eating our meal and I went to take a drink of my water and noticed something move and thank god I didn’t. There was so much stuff in my water. I brought this to the attention of one of the staff and he told me it’s “because the ice machine is down.” I told him it looks like food is floating around because the pieces were green, black, and like white wet tissue paper floating around....read full review
