Absolutely amazing. Only criticism I had was how cold it was when the door opened. Hard to enjoy. Not the owners fault as it was freezing temperatures. But something to help alleviate from that would be perfect.
Dined in for a work lunch that stretched close to 2 hours due to how slowly it took food to come out (restaurant was mostly empty at lunch hour). Meal was delicious, however, the appetizer (steam buns) came out after the main course and I didn't get a picture. I ordered the tonkotsu - it was a lovely buttery, smooth broth (I added salt) with very tender pork and a perfectly cooked egg.
