Ridiculously expensive. Food was terrible. Music was terrible. Place smelled like urine. Will never happen again.

Atmosphere was nice could be updated. Service was fast but one thing did not make sense. Pricing. You will see three different prices before heading to the register. Looking at the online menu prices are cheaper than the actual store menu. Additionally, there is already $1.50 surcharge added to each meal item to include the 5% owed with paying with card. Now I wonder which price was I truly supposed to pay? The Ichiya Buns we’re about the only appeasing thing we had tonight. The flavors were delicious and I could taste exactly what was described in the menu. The ramen we had was highly disappointing. The jigoku ramen did not have much flavor to the broth nor did any of the pork how much flavor either. The noodles were overcooked, and the egg was too salty. Did not even finish the bowl of Ramen, because of how much flavor it was lacking as well as spice (was supposed to be a spicy bowl of ramen). This was my second and last time going to this restaurant for Ramen. I would stick to some of their appetizers or fried rice.

Haven’t ordered takeout from here in over a year because last time I ordered takeout here my ramen was deathly salty.I decided to give them another chance since this was once one of my favorite restaurants and their chicken kaarage and Ichiya buns have always been a favorite of mine. But I was wrong, to my surprise after getting excited about the food, I was halfway through eating my kaarage and noticed a soggy, slimy wilted piece of lettuce looking about a day away from molding that my chicken had been sitting on.After noticing the piece I checked my Ichiya bun and noticed the lettuce on that was also starting to turn. The food is also never consistent and there’s always new workers each time you go in there.I’m very disappointed and will not be returning, it’s truly sad to see a place you’ve loved and have gone to since they opened go downhill. Do better.

Absolutely amazing. Only criticism I had was how cold it was when the door opened. Hard to enjoy. Not the owners fault as it was freezing temperatures. But something to help alleviate from that would be perfect.

Kind of "mid" as far as ramen places go. The ramen, broth, and veggies were good. The fried pork cutlet for the Tonkatsu Curry ramen and Tonkatsu rice bowl was fried a little too hard. The water tasted off for some reason as well.

Dined in for a work lunch that stretched close to 2 hours due to how slowly it took food to come out (restaurant was mostly empty at lunch hour). Meal was delicious, however, the appetizer (steam buns) came out after the main course and I didn't get a picture. I ordered the tonkotsu - it was a lovely buttery, smooth broth (I added salt) with very tender pork and a perfectly cooked egg. Noodles had an interesting texture, not sure if I enjoyed it ?Overall, would visit again, but plan extra time in case of slower service.
