Well, I was going to give them a 4 because I only had the brisket sandwich and was going to wait till I tried the ribs but decided against it. I picked this one to try, because someone from Texas said it was good. They were right. Wasnt sure about the lightly toasted, over buttered bun, but it was really good. I also thought it looked a little foofoo, but I overlooked it and I am glad I did. The meat was tender and juicy and well smoked. Will definitely be adding it to the rotation....read full review
