Fantastic customer service. The food was brought out to us fast and was delicious . The bread is fresh and flavorful. My favorite is the Potato soup, I have had it at several restaurants, but find this to be one of the best. The manager came out and visited with us, he is full of energy and very attentive to detail. Highly recommend them.

Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli offers good food and great service consistently. For $10, customers can get a really good size and packed sandwich with a sourdough bun. The sandwiches are always delicious and flavorful, and the macaroni & cheese is fantastic. Their cookies are delicious as well. The staff is always friendly, happy, and helpful, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is kept clean, and orders are always accurate and ready on time, whether dining in or ordering to-go. The customer service is absolutely fantastic, and the location is a great place to train staff.
