“Fantastic customer service. The food was brought out to us fast and was delicious . The bread is fresh and flavorful. My favorite is the Potato soup, I have had it at several restaurants, but find this to be one of the best. The manager came out and visited with us, he is full of energy and very attentive to detail. Highly recommend them.“
“I had forgotten how much I loved firehouse subs...I never have any complaints when I eat here, it's always to my expectations...I will say I wasn't a fan of the potato soup but I know next time I will go with Chicken noodles...only other thing if you can call it a bad thing, was I didn't see any buckets out for sale...only "complaint" if you can even call it that lol ?Parking: Their parking is garbage, good luck finding a spot and if you do, good luck trying to fit your bigger than compact car into it“
“I work at a shop down the street, and go here once a week and these guys just rock! The manager is always super sweet, the man and lady who make my sandwiches kill it every time, and are super fast. I always look forward to coming in and getting lunch!“
“Service was very slow. Food was good. Lots of meat on my Hero. Lots of dirty tables. Girl did clean one off for us. We had 6 in our group and was on the same bill. We were first in line when we arrived. After quite a bit of time 5 of us got our sandwiches. The last sandwich came out a few minutes later. The Firehouse Sub Shop on Red Wolf Blvd. in Jonesboro is the best of its 2 locations.“
“Honestly the best food I’ve had in Jonesboro, and from a local place! The steamed sandwiches are unlike anything I’ve had before and 10/10 did not disappoint! Staff there are so friendly and are always doing their best! The blonde woman (I believe she said her name was Alyssa) at the front counter was really nice and I could tell she worked super hard! The Tall Manager and the General manager were also so helpful to me when I couldn’t decide what I wanted! The other two young men there were hard at work the whole time I was there, very rare to see these days!! Overall I would recommend this place to anyone; great workers, great food, and great environment!“

I always get the same thing when I go, but my kids and husband get different things like the meatball sub, or loaded BMT or teriyaki chicken sub I usually get the Monster which is cheesesteak shredded cheese bacon peppered ranch and it comes with onions. An peppers but I dont get those I am a meat an potato kinda girl?Parking: It has plenty of parking and even a drive thru if you dont wanna go insideKid-friendliness: Very friendly my girls talked their ears off while making the sandwiches lmao!!
