Jasmin and Amanda helped me today and have wonderful customer service! One of my favorite spots in Jonesboro for sure. Great staff! Get them a raise!
I was very disappointed that the knife was not wiped clean before cutting my sandwich. The previous sandwich had mayo, I do not eat mayo, I tried to ask the young man to clean the knife but he was focused on what he was doing, and didn’t pay attention to me.
I went to Jersey Mike's in Jonesboro for the first time yesterday. The ladies working were very friendly and helpful. They did a great job and were very welcoming. I wanted to bring my sandwich home but I was hungry and live a good distance from the store so I ate one piece in the store and got the remainder to go. The employee wrapped one piece separately and put it on a tray and put the remaining sandwich in a to go bag. But, the best part was the food! It was SO delicious!!...read full review

Jersey Mike's Subs serves delicious food with amazing customer service. Their sandwiches, like the #13, are made in a timely manner and can be a great pick-me-up. Although some customers may experience delays, the staff, including employees like Landon, strive to provide excellent service and make things right when issues arise.
