Fantastic broth and the best pork chasu I've ever had, and I've been to Japan 3 times lol. They are very generous with it and it has a fantastic char. I've only tried the spicy tonkotsu because it's so dang good I can't order anything else yet. We love Hokkaido! The food is delicious. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is super friendly and attentive.You definitely get your money worth in food.My favorite is the Miso Ramen.
