It was a great experience; our waitress was amazing. The onion soup was delicious, and so was the ginger salad. We went for lunch; the prices were great. We got complimentary spring rolls, which were delicious. If I had to find a complaint, it would be that the Dr. Pepper was a little flat, but I got a water, so it didn't affect me.
The only place I will go for sushi. Red wolf sushi roll is my favorite.

A1 Sushi & Hibachi serves delicious food that consistently impresses. Their hibachi chicken, sushi rolls, sashimi, and bento boxes are all highly praised. The yum yum sauce is a standout, and the miso soup is a must-try. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere make for a great dining experience. It’s quiet and peaceful on Sunday nights, and the food is fresh cooked. The restaurant is very kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with good parking. There are plenty of vegetarian options, and the fare is typical of other sushi places in town. While there are no grills where a chef cooks in front of you, everything is prepared in the kitchen. Overall, it’s a good hibachi restaurant with all the meals you’d expect.
