Chicken wings and the house salad
Worth the wait. We had to wait a bit for our food. Honestly it was not their fault, second night of reopening and my partner and I were enjoying ourselves. We did get a free dessert as a courtesy. We cannot wait to try again.
My father is in hospital with heart failure , he decided he thought he wanted spaghetti. After calling a couple places asking if they could do a spaghetti sauce with no salt. We called Pastaria 49 and they were very eager to help us. They explained that is not something they normally do, and wasn’t for sure how it would be, but was very willing to make him a heart healthy meal. Based on the reviews, Pastaria Italian Kitchen is a hidden gem in Jonesboro with great Italian food. The food is absolutely delicious, with the best pizza in Jonesboro featuring a nice and fluffy crust with a crisp outside. The hot honey pizza and crab rangoon pizza are also mentioned, along with the cajun pasta stuff, low country Cajun radiatori, Chicken Parm sandwich, shrimp pasta, and chicken alfredo with broccolini. The Tiramisu for dessert is also great. The ingredients always taste incredibly fresh. The service is beyond amazing, with kind and helpful staff. The atmosphere is laid back, clean, and cozy. The lunch specials are priced just right with good portions. It is not greasy, grimy, premade, microwaved, or unhealthy fast food. Pastaria is hands-down the best Italian restaurant in Jonesboro.
