Called, was told to order on line. Online checkout said “unable to process, try later” . Went there, explained. No reaction….does ANYONE understand the power of customer service? I’m sure no one ever explained to the young lady how to be gracious to an irritated customer.
My mom got me the variety bundtinis for my birthday in October and they were fabulous. I've also been able to try a variety of flavors at work. I placed my own order for Oreo bundtinis this week. When I got home they were red velvet, not Oreo. I called the store and was very impressed with the customer service. I was offered a refund or replacement.
