Called, was told to order on line. Online checkout said “unable to process, try later” . Went there, explained. No reaction….does ANYONE understand the power of customer service? I’m sure no one ever explained to the young lady how to be gracious to an irritated customer.

This is a cute shop, but the Bundts taste just ok. I was very disappointed in the Red Velvet cake because it had whole chocolate chips which made it taste like a chocolate cake not Red Velvet and they're always sold cold obviously from the freezer for preservation I'm sure but just underwhelming in flavor.

My mom got me the variety bundtinis for my birthday in October and they were fabulous. I've also been able to try a variety of flavors at work. I placed my own order for Oreo bundtinis this week. When I got home they were red velvet, not Oreo. I called the store and was very impressed with the customer service. I was offered a refund or replacement. I chose to come by the next day to get the replacement and again the staff was great. I didn't get any push back or questions. I look forward to future visits!

I honestly don’t know what the fuss is all about. Ordered a cake for my niece’s bday. The staff was a bit disorganized and all over the place and the cake wasnt anything to write home about.

Great cakes, beautiful displays, less perks. This location is new, clean, & smells like heaven. The cakes we purchased are just as delicious as other locations I have visited. There were no cake samples available, but this could be related to restrictions after Covid. There are also no “10th bundt free” punch cards offered at this location for frequent NBC purchasers. The staff was polite but very minimally engaging unlike other locations that greet every customer, chat with you, and thank you for coming in today. I hope they were having an off day and our area can look forward to great trips to Nothing Bundt Cakes for years to come.

I stopped by just to check out this place and bought a couple of small Bundtlets. They were so delicious that I went back the next day and bought 2 big bundts.
