If you get delivery don’t let you driver leave until you check your order. I ordered a pizza, buffalo mac & cheese, soda and lava cakes. Missing buffalo sauce in the Mac & Cheese and the lid of my pizza box was squished into the top of my pizza. Food was hardly even warm

A manager, but not THE manager, MANAGER, FRANCINE, just told me she couldn't honor sending items that were forgotten last order and was promised by the store manager to be added to today's order because the store manager failed to note his name on the record..even though I paid for them and didn't get them. I am getting the items because I told her their failure to do their job does not mean I'm going to be stolen from..but it's the audacity that she was going to make me pay for his mistake...uh, no. And, she indicated my other food would sit for 25 to 30 minutes even though I called immediately after placing my order online. POOR EXCUSE FOR MANAGMENT! DONT WORK THERE IF YOU ARE GOING TO TREAT EVERYONE RUDELY JUST BECAUSE YOU HATE YOU JOB AND YOU THINK YOU CAN BECAUSE YOU ARE SOME SORT OF LOW LEVEL STORE MANAGER!

Sorry, Domino's isn't the great pizza it use be. I used to pay for extra toppings, not anymore. Don't know if they don't pat attention or just don't care. I've also gotten undercooked cheesy bread. Ovens are on timers, so I don't know what's up with that.

I ordered a New York style pizza and received a CHEESE pizza. I called the store to report it and was told “the person who made it said they put pepperoni on it”. At first I giggled and then I became mad. How do you tell a customer that? My reply “are you the manager” his reply “NOPE”! ???if anything these corporations should install and train for great customer service because it truly follows you through life. Whether you turn it on or off.
