Let's just say I wasn't hungry afterwards. I didn't find it remarkable. The sushi rice didn't seem right at all. It was too long of a grain, it wasn't chilled enough, lacked the rice wine vinegar taste and it wasn't the right texture. The ramen was tasty, but the chicken shrimp was definitely cooked to a standard that would pass health codes. I chewed rubber that was softer. This was our most recent to-go order because it was PACKED on Valentines Day but we've dined in too and this place is great! Service is excellent, the owners and staff are very attentive and kind. The food is just what you want when you are craving sushi. It's fresh, full of flavor, and not too heavy. The hibachi isn't oily and neither were the fried foods. I have eaten here at least 5 times now and it amazing every time!! I haven't had a less than 5/5 experience each time. We have eaten a wide variety of things off the menu and I have to say it has all be fantastic!! So glad they are so close to my home. Wish I had pictures to share.
