“We all know the stigma, a little rough hole in the wall is either going to be a horrible night... or its going to be the best food you ever had in your life... and Yum Yum DEFINITELY falls into the latter!My boss, coworker and I went there for lunch, and had our minds absolutely blown. The chicken was sooo tender and juicy, the shrimp was perfectly cooked and still popped... but the onion man... if you've eaten onion from hibachi we all know if it's in chunks, its going to be raw in the middle and still crunchy. THIS ONION WAS PERFECTLY COOKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH!!!The wood taste of the grill came through on everything and I've never had wood taste from hibachi and now I'm hooked on it... it's the BEST I've ever had period... I've had Fuji's in Conway and Shackleford, several around Benton and Yum Yum is NUMBER ONE!!!I do NOT usually leave reviews, but this was so good i had to, y'all deserve it for real!!Guys, thank you so much for the best lunch I've had in 2023!!!!Philip Gerner“
