we just ordered through door dash to be picked up at restaurant. No order of fried mushrooms, only 4 , thats right FOUR, corn nuggets in my side order. No tartar sauce, utensils, cocktail sauce, NOTHING!! Husband got 2 side orders of PLAIN cold green beans. He was supposed to have one side of green beans. When husband called, the girl who answered the phone told hom they were out of Mac and cheese AND mushrooms. 2nd time burned from this restaurant, WILL NOT BE BACK.
I would support this business 2-3 times a week because my kids love it so much!!! The way I was treated when they messed up on my order was very unprofessional and rude. He argued with me about what I ordered. Sir why would I order something I’m allergic to!!!!! He continued to say what the ticket said and it was my order. He didn’t want to give me money back. Food was good and hot, but the main thing I was impressed with was the very sweet lady working the front. This was my first time trying Sharks and she was patient and so nice. I am not great at remembering names but remember her saying MIA because that was at the end of her name. She provided excellent customer service.
