LOVE THE PIZZA! Won't buy it cuz the people at Cabot Domino's suck. THIRD TIME I have placed an order thru the app and given a delivery time and an hour later no pizza. Call to find out they don't have a delivery driver so they didn't make the order. WHYYYY wouldn't you call the customer and tell them?! Snotty child manager full of attitude and a bad day at work was rude and incompetent.
Today was my 2nd time to get food from this location. I ordered in the app both times. Both times, the food was fixed quickly and was great. Couldn’t ask for better. The staff was polite.
Ordered online at 7:30pm and delivery was suppose to take 40 to 50 min. Looked online for an update and the app wouldn't update any delivery info, so we called and the employee said that the delivery was showing to arrive at 10:50pm. Told him that was not acceptable and to cancel our order he continued to hang up on us. Terrible customer service and app updates!
