Food and service was fine, but the state of the place inside was absolutely disgusting. Floors were unbelievably sticky, to the point it sounded like you were wearing flip-flops when you were in closed-toe shoes. Tables and window ledges had trash, dirt, and crumbs all over them. The sensors in the sinks in both bathrooms were not working, or at least I couldn't get them to work, which is concerning since I'm assuming the employees also use these bathrooms. Food looked like it was cooked for 3 days
Chicken tenders meal. The pieces were the size of nuggets almost and looked like had been in gas station warmer for days!!!! The 1st time in almost 50 years the Cole slaw was not ate. Tastedike cleaning supplies. We spent $50 for three meals with the delivery fee and threw most away. And no it was not the delivery was late because potatoes was still hot! KFC is known for its polite staff and quick service, even for big orders. Customers love their coleslaw but noticed a price increase. The new Mac n Cheese chicken wrap has room for improvement, with the tortilla needing to be toasted and the chicken not crispy. Some customers find the restaurant too cold inside.
