I would like to give Muh, my hibachi chef, a shout out for just how amazing he is. I came into the restaurant at a bit of an awkward time as it was a Monday after 7 pm. It was just me at his hibachi grill and he still gave it 100%. From creating an intense fireball to making a volcano and eggs being spun and flung. The food he prepared was absolutely delicious. He was funny and kind. I travel a lot for work and review restaurants to the point where I'm in the top 10% of ALL...
I really wanted to enjoy this meal more, but a couple of dishes fell short for me. The pineapple fried rice was the biggest disappointment — it tasted more like a mix of sweet‑and‑sour sauce and plain steamed rice rather than a true fried rice dish. It lacked seasoning, depth, and the balance of savory flavors you expect from this style of entrée.
The chicken and broccoli was also very bland. The chicken was cooked fine, but the sauce didn’t bring much...

If you want hibachi, make sure you eat in the hibachi section- not sure the kitchen understands how to make fried rice (it was JUST rice cooked in soy sauce- nothing else)
The sauce our meals (vegetables and meat) were served in was really sweet...not a flavor I'm used to experiencing with hibachi, kind of ruined the rice and vegetables.
Our waitress was nice
